To go on shift, your package must hold at least one available order (the first, trial order needs no package). When you accept an order, one order from the package is reserved; it’s deducted once the customer approves the entire checklist. If the order is cancelled — the reserve returns to the package. No money is debited on accepting or completing an order: buying a package is a separate operation in the app.

If you have to cancel an order — UBASE never fines you, and the reserved order returns to your package. But cancelling through your own fault counts toward your reliability: for a while, orders are offered to you last among equally close masters.

Who pays the taxes?
